his year we are all about getting outdoors! We’ve partnered with Black Folks Camp Too to help build a more inclusive and equitable outdoors in North Carolina. We want you to share your camping memories and stories with us.

The PATH Outdoor Explorer Packs feature nature and outdoor-based activities that are fun and educational for all ages! Meet a tree, try your hand at finding your way, get on a bug’s level…all while learning more about North Carolina’s natural world.

Are you a B.A.R.K. Ranger? Tag us on social media with #NCBarkRanger for a chance to earn a free NC PATH bandana and be featured as our pet of the month!

Join us for an adventure across the state! We challenge you to visit as many North Carolina state parks as you can, using your Passport book as your guide. Collect stamps, earn prizes and make Naturally Wonderful memories!

The Park’s trail system leads visitors through natural areas and to commissioned works of art. Designed for hiking, walking, and jogging only, the unpaved natural trails allow visitors to deeply experience art and nature.
