The North Carolina Symphony and the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences will celebrate the centennial of the North Carolina State Parks with a multimedia experience that combines the music of Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons with breathtaking imagery of nature across our state on a video screen above the orchestra. 

North Carolina Symphony to Perform Rodgers and Hammerstein Celebration

The North Carolina Symphony, led by conductor Albert-George Schram will perform an evening filled with some of the greatest music from the legendary team of Rodgers and Hammerstein on Friday, Jan. 22, 2016, at 8 p.m., and Saturday, Jan. 23, at 3 p.m. and again at 8 p.m., in Meymandi Concert Hall in downtown Raleigh.

North Carolina Symphony to Perform Beethoven’s ‘Emperor’ Concerto

The North Carolina Symphony, led by conductor Marcelo Lehninger, will perform Beethoven’s “Emperor” Concerto Thursday, Jan. 14, at 7:30 p.m. in Memorial Hall on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and on Friday and Saturday, Jan. 15-16, at 8 p.m., in Meymandi Concert Hall in the Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts in downtown Raleigh.
