Terms and Conditions

We request that you be in good health to participate in this tour. There is a reasonable amount of walking. You must be able to get on and off motorcoaches and boats. Please notify our staff regarding mobility concerns in advance.

We will make every effort to operate our tour as planned but we reserve the right to make itinerary changes as necessary.

Please note that reservations are for double occupancy rooms. If you would prefer single occupancy for a small rate increase, please contact Vivian McDuffie.

The final cost of the trip may be less than advertised, based on participation. Final pricing will be provided via invoice in March 2018. All funds must be received by April 15, 2018.

Cancellation policy

If you must cancel your trip, the effective date of cancellation will be upon receipt of your written notification to Vivian McDuffie. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the following per person charges: cancel 95 days or more before departure: $200; cancel 94-65 days before departure: 25% of tour price; cancel 44 – 30 days before departure: 75% of tour price; cancel 29-0 days before departure: no refund.
